Tokens & Billing
Do my tokens expire?+
Never. Tokens you earn through your plan or purchase through top-up packs never expire. They stay in your account for as long as you have an account with us. The only exception is trial tokens, which expire at the end of the trial period because the trial is a free product demo, not a purchase.
What happens to unused tokens at the end of the month?+
They carry forward automatically. We do not reset your token balance monthly. Tokens you did not use this month are added to next month's allocation. They accumulate up to your plan's maximum cap. Unused tokens are yours — we do not take them back.
Can I use my accumulated tokens after switching to a cheaper plan?+
Yes. Your token bucket belongs to you regardless of which plan you are on. If you downgrade to a cheaper plan, your accumulated tokens remain fully accessible. The new plan simply adds fewer tokens each month going forward.
What happens to my tokens if I cancel my plan?+
Your tokens are preserved in your account forever. We hold them safely until you are ready to come back. You will need an active plan to use them, but they will never disappear. Come back in 6 months or 6 years — they will be right there.
Account & Access
Is there a free plan?+
We offer a trial plan instead of a permanent free plan. The trial gives you a set number of tokens for a limited number of days so you can experience the platform fully before committing. After the trial, a paid plan is required to continue. Trial token allocation and duration are displayed clearly before you start.
Why do you use Google login only?+
Google OAuth gives you the strongest possible account security without the hassle of creating and managing another password. It also means every account on our platform is a real, verified person — no fake accounts, no bots, no abuse. Your identity stays with Google, not with us.
Can I share my account with someone else?+
Accounts are tied to your personal Google account. Since login requires Google authentication, sharing your account would mean sharing your Google password — something we strongly advise against for your own security. Each person should have their own account.
What if I lose access to my Google account?+
If you lose access to your Google account, you will temporarily lose access to our platform as well. However, Google has a robust account recovery process at accounts.google.com/signin/recovery. As an additional fallback, contact our support team with your registered Gmail address. Our admin can manually reassign your account after verifying your identity. Your tokens, progress, and certificates are always safe on our side.
Courses & Certificates
What happens to my progress, courses, and certificates if I cancel?+
Everything is preserved. Your courses, learning progress, quiz scores, and certificates remain in your account indefinitely. Your certificates remain permanently verifiable via their QR codes even if you cancel your account. We do not delete your learning history.
Is my certificate valid forever?+
Yes. Every certificate has a unique ID and QR code that links to a permanent verification page. This page remains accessible forever — even if you cancel your account. Employers and institutions can scan the QR code at any time to verify your certificate is genuine.
Are there any ads on the platform?+
Never. We do not show ads. We do not allow advertisers to influence your course content or AI tutor responses. You paid for learning. That is all you get — pure, unbiased learning.
Technology
What AI powers the platform?+
The platform uses Claude by Anthropic as its primary AI for course generation, the AI tutor, and quiz creation. The admin can also configure OpenAI or Google Gemini models for specific features. The AI model used for each feature is selected by the platform administrator to balance quality and cost.
