1. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are refundable within 7 days of the initial purchase if no AI features have been used during that period. Renewal fees are non-refundable.

To request a refund, your account must show zero AI-feature usage (no courses generated, no AI tutor queries, no quizzes generated) since the purchase date.


2. Token Top-Up Purchases

Token top-up purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no tokens from the purchased pack have been consumed.

Partial consumption is not eligible for a partial refund — the refund applies only when zero tokens from the purchase have been used.


3. Trial Plan

The trial plan is free of charge. No payment is collected and no refund applies.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email atul.kaushik@techdwell.in with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your registered email address and the order/payment ID
  • Briefly describe the reason for your request

Refunds, when granted, are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.


5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Renewal charges after the initial billing period
  • Purchases where tokens or AI features have already been used
  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date
  • Trial plan (no charge applies)

6. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact atul.kaushik@techdwell.in before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
