1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Athena (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
By signing in with your Google account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full, along with our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Description of the Service
Athena is an AI-powered personalized learning platform that generates structured learning syllabi, curates educational content from YouTube, provides an AI tutor, and offers quizzes, progress tracking, gamification, and verifiable certificates.
4. YouTube API Services
Athena uses YouTube API Services to search for and display publicly available educational videos. By using Athena, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions, Tokens, and Payments
5.1 Tokens
Tokens are the internal unit for AI operations. Plan tokens are added on each renewal. Purchased tokens can be bought separately. Tokens never expire, except trial tokens. Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be transferred.
5.2 Refunds
- Subscription fees: refundable within 7 days of initial purchase if no AI features have been used.
- Token top-up purchases: refundable within 7 days if no tokens have been consumed.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content.
